Growing up in Seoul in a family of traditional Korean instrument makers, music and craftsmanship have always been part of my daily life. My music has been shaped by all the genres I have explored over the years – from traditional music to metal, bossa nova to neo-classical.

In more recent years, my style has centred around minimalism and contemporary classical music, drawing influence from Ólafur Arnalds, Jóhann Jóhannsson, and Arvo Pärt.

Now based in Glasgow, Scotland, I bring my unique experiences and perspective to projects for film, games, live performance and installations, working with virtual and real instruments to create immersive, atmospheric soundtracks that bring stories to life.

With the care and craftsmanship I inherited from my father and grandfather, I create music and sound design that resonates with audiences and captures the essence of the story.
